1 out of 5 starsDo not purchase anything from this shop. I ordered a piece months ago that I never received and never heard from the shop owner after multiple messages had been left. I hope she is ok, but if there is an unfortunate situation happening this page and option to purchase items needs to be taken down. That is deceiving and unfair to customers who are not only expecting the product they paid for, but also trying to support small businesses

1 out of 5 starsDo not order from this seller. I never received the item. I tried contacting them four times and no response. They are not trustworthy. Finally the claim went to ETSY and they gave me a refund but have still not heard back from the seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....

3 out of 5 starsIt’s difficult to leave this review that Etsy is insisting I leave. I never received the items or any contact from the seller, despite attempts to ask about the status. I finally gave up and opened a case with Etsy for a refund. I hope the shop owner is okay. I have owned this item in the past and it was great. I was attempting to order a replacement for lost items.

1 out of 5 starsThis seller has compleatly horrible customer service. After placing an order I tried to contact them after 13 days had passed and the item had not shipped. The seller never once responded to me. They just refunded the money. This is not how you treat a customer. Avoid this seller.

William has my sincerest apologies - I suffered a severe illness over the holidays that prevented me tending to my shop for some time, so his discontent is entirely fair. As soon as I recovered, I fully refunded and provided an explanation and sincere apology to him for what I know is a tremendous stress and inconvenience as a customer. I assume he did not receive it before posting his review. Rest assured standard procedure is to tend to my business daily and send all orders out on time :) My customers' happiness is #1 for me - it's the reason I'm here and have so much fun interacting with you all! I know what it's like being a buyer and always want to provide the best experience possible. I'm sorry William was so disappointed - quite frankly, I didn't have fun being very ill either. 4 out of 5 starsEarrings are a good quality and I’m able to adjust the width to fit my ear better. The packaging was secure—so there’s no worry about the earrings getting lost in the envelope. I dropped one star due to lack of communication from the seller. My package was in pre-shipment for a week and when I asked about it, I was given no communication or update from the seller directly, but saw my tracking was updated the following day to shipped.

All my jewelry is designed & tested to be durable and wearable in normal circumstances. That said, to keep from losing your jewelry, I suggest not wearing it while swimming, showering, sleeping, or doing any activities that could make it easier for an item to fall out. Also, silver pieces can and will often tarnish - this can be resolved with any polish cloth or solution available at jewelry stores or in most mega-markets.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my items are gift-ready, for yourself or your recipient :) I use eco-friendly, recycled white boxes, affix a beautiful sparkly gold ribbon around it, then secure it with a hand-tied bow in white satin ribbon.
